First Post and Introductions

Here is the first post of many or the last post I will make on this blog. I have seriously considered making a blog for a long time now because I have a lot of things running through my head and not a lot of people who will hear me out. Also I'm a bit tired of the quizzical looks I get sometimes... So I'll post them to the internet instead where no one can see me. Hurray! Anyway I finally decided to make the blog now mostly because I just got my laptop for college and it is super convenient. So let's get to know me since I will be venting to you a lot if this project works out. I am freshly graduated from high school, I'll be heading to Pomona College in the fall (well late summer but you get the jist). I have two parents, an older sister, my dog Stella, and my cats Ginger (an angry recluse) and Daisy (an undiagnosed schizophrenic). I live just outside of Seattle and love it to death but am ready for the change that comes with a new city. I love to sing more than almost anything else and I'm sure I'll talk about that later. This is turning into an awkward list of attributes and I'm having nasty flashbacks to college essays and requests for letters of recommendation and I am not feeling that tonight. I will have strong opinions or ideas at a later time so until next time...
